Dr. Raleigh opened Bluegrass Dental Center of Shelby Co PLLC in 1993. Our practice provides all phases of dental care - 

Preventative care - Restorative
Endodontics with emphasis on non-surgical treatment
Cosmetic Dentistry including all ceramic crowns, veneers and esthetic bonding
Surgical and non surgical extractions
Implant placement and restoration

Our practice only excludes orthodontics.
