We accept and are in-network with many other insurance companies.

Many people have some form of dental insurance.  We will be happy to file any forms necessary to help you obtain maximum payment.

Please remember, no insurance company covers all dental costs.  It is your responsibility to pay any deductibles and co-insurance, or any balance not covered by your insurance.

If your insurance company requires Pre Authorization, we will be glad to send in your treatment plan for prior approval.
